Surfshark subscription renews automatically at the end of each service period, and your chosen payment method is charged again, unless you decide to cancel auto-renewal of your subscription.

Cancelling auto-renewal of a subscription purchased via Surfshark's website
If you'd like to cancel automatic renewal of the subscription you’ve bought on Surfshark’s website, you can do that:
- On your Surfshark account page.
- By contacting our Support Team via live chat.

Cancelling auto-renewal on your Surfshark account page
- Log in to your Surfshark account page.
- Click on your email address at the top-right corner of the screen and select Subscription.
- Select the Payments section and click on Cancel auto-renewal.
If you cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, you can still use the Surfshark Services you’ve bought until the subscription expires. Please note that you will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service period.
