If you've purchased your Surfshark subscription through Surfshark's website and decided to stop using our services, you can claim a refund within 30 days of purchasing your subscription. If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us via live chat.
Keep in mind that we can only issue one refund per 6-month period, with a maximum of two refunds in total. For more information, read the Surfshark Terms of Service, section 4.
If you've purchased your subscription via resellers, you'll need to contact them directly regarding their refund policies and procedures:
- Apple App Store: We're unable to issue refunds for payments made through the Apple App Store. For assistance, please reach out to Apple directly via Apple Support.
- Amazon Appstore: We're unable to issue refunds for payments made through the Amazon Appstore. For assistance, please reach out to Amazon directly via Amazon Support.
- Google Play Store: You can either request a refund through Surfshark's customer support or, if the payment was made within the last 48 hours, you can request a refund directly from your Google Play account. For more details, visit Google Play Support.
